सेवा में, सिविल कारागार का अधीक्षक (या रक्षक)

चूंकि ............... (नाम) ने सदाचार के लिए ............... रुपए की राशि का बंधपत्र दिया था, और मेरे समक्ष उक्त बंधपत्र के भंग का प्रमाण दिया गया है, और उसने सरकार को ............... रुपए की राशि समपहृत कर दी है, और वह उक्त राशि का भुगतान करने में, या यह कारण दर्शित करने में कि उक्त राशि का भुगतान क्यों न किया जाए, असफल रहा है, और उसकी जंगम संपत्ति की कुर्की द्वारा उसका भुगतान प्रवर्तित नहीं कराया जा सकता है;

आपको एतद्द्वारा प्राधिकृत और अपेक्षित किया जाता है कि आप उक्त ............... (नाम) को अपनी अभिरक्षा में प्राप्त करें, और उसे उक्त कारागार में विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि के लिए सुरक्षित रूप से रखें।

आप इस वारंट को, उसके निष्पादन की रीति प्रमाणित करने वाले पृष्ठांकन सहित, वापस करेंगे।

Section 58 — Warrant of Imprisonment on Forfeiture of Bond for Good Behaviour (English)

To the Superintendent (or Keeper) of the Civil Jail

WHEREAS...............(name) did give security by bond in the sum of rupees...............for good behaviour, and proof of the breach of the said bond has been given before me, and he has forfeited to Government the sum of rupees...............,and has failed to pay the said sum or to show cause why the said sum should not be paid, and payment thereof cannot be enforced by attachment of his movable property;

This is to authorise and require you to receive the said...............(name) into your custody, and to keep him safely in the said Jail for the period specified.

You shall return this warrant with an endorsement certifying the manner of its execution.
