धारा 57 — सदाचार-बंधपत्र के समपहरण पर कुर्की और विक्रय का वारंट

आपको एतद्द्वारा प्राधिकृत और अपेक्षित किया जाता है कि आप उक्त ............... (नाम) की किसी जंगम संपत्ति को, जो आपको ............... जिले के भीतर मिले, ............... रुपए के मूल्य तक, कुर्क करें; और उसे यह कारण दर्शित करने के लिए बुलाते हुए सूचना दें कि उक्त राशि का भुगतान क्यों न किया जाए; और, यदि विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि के भीतर भुगतान नहीं किया जाता है, तो कुर्क की गई संपत्ति का, या उसके इतने भाग का, जो उसकी वसूली के लिए पर्याप्त हो, विक्रय करें।

आप इस वारंट के निष्पादन के तुरंत पश्चात्, इसके अधीन आपके द्वारा की गई कार्रवाई की वापसी करेंगे।

Section 57 — Warrant of Attachment and Sale on Forfeiture of Bond for Good Behaviour (English)

This is to authorise and require you to attach movable property of the said...............(name) to the value of rupees................which you may find within the district of...............; and to give him notice calling upon him to show cause why the said sum should not be paid; and, if payment is not made within the specified period, to sell the property so attached, or so much of it as may be sufficient to realise the same.

You shall make return of what you have done under this warrant immediately upon its execution.
