आपको एतद्द्वारा प्राधिकृत और अपेक्षित किया जाता है कि आप उक्त ............... (नाम) की किसी जंगम संपत्ति को, जो आपको ............... जिले के भीतर मिले, ............... रुपए के मूल्य तक, अभिग्रहण द्वारा कुर्क करें, और, यदि निर्दिष्ट अवधि के भीतर उक्त राशि का भुगतान नहीं किया जाता है, तो कुर्क की गई संपत्ति का, या उसके इतने भाग का, जो उसकी वसूली के लिए पर्याप्त हो, विक्रय करें।
