आपको एतद्द्वारा प्राधिकृत और अपेक्षित किया जाता है कि आप उक्त ............... को उसकी गर्दन से तब तक लटकाकर, जब तक वह मर न जाए, ............... (समय और स्थान) पर उक्त दंडादेश को निष्पादित कराएं।

Section 43 — Warrant of Execution of a Sentence of Death (English)

To the Officer In-charge of the Jail

[Recite the identity of the prisoner, case particulars and sentence, and reference to the High Court's confirmation of the sentence of death.]

This is to authorise and require you to carry the said sentence into execution by causing the said..................to be hanged by the neck until he be dead, at.................(time and place).
