सेवा में, कारागार का भारसाधक अधिकारी

चूंकि ............... (अपराधी का नाम) ने इस न्यायालय के समक्ष साशय अवमानना की, और इस न्यायालय ने उसे ............... रुपए का जुर्माना, या व्यतिक्रम की दशा में ............... [मास या दिन की संख्या बताएं] की अवधि के लिए साधारण कारावास, भुगतने का न्यायनिर्णय किया;

आपको एतद्द्वारा प्राधिकृत और अपेक्षित किया जाता है कि आप उक्त ............... (अपराधी का नाम) को अपनी अभिरक्षा में प्राप्त करें, और उसे उक्त अवधि के लिए उक्त कारागार में सुरक्षित रूप से रखें; और, उक्त जुर्माने की राशि प्राप्त होने पर, आप उसे तुरंत मुक्त करेंगे।

आप इस वारंट को, उसके निष्पादन की रीति प्रमाणित करने वाले पृष्ठांकन सहित, वापस करेंगे।

Section 39 — Warrant of Commitment in Certain Cases of Contempt when a fine is Imposed (English)

To the Officer In-charge of the Jail

WHEREAS...................(name of the offender) committed wilful contempt before this Court, and this Court adjudged him to pay a fine of rupees............., or in default to suffer simple imprisonment for the period of...................(state the number of months or days);

This is to authorise and require you to receive the said................(name of the offender) into your custody, and him safely to keep in the said Jail for the said period; and, on receipt of the said fine, you shall forthwith set him at liberty.

You shall return this warrant with an endorsement certifying the manner of its execution.
