धारा 41 — मृत्युदंड के अधीन परिबद्धता का वारंट

(बंदी का नाम), उक्त सत्र में 20 ............... के कैलेंडर के मामला संख्या ............... का (प्रथम, द्वितीय, तृतीय, यथास्थिति) बंदी, भारतीय न्याय संहिता, 2023 की धारा ............... के अधीन हत्या की कोटि में आने वाले आपराधिक मानव-वध के अपराध का सम्यक् रूप से दोषसिद्ध किया गया था और मृत्युदंड दिया गया था;

आपको एतद्द्वारा प्राधिकृत और अपेक्षित किया जाता है कि आप उक्त ............... (बंदी का नाम) को, इस वारंट सहित, उक्त कारागार में अपनी अभिरक्षा में प्राप्त करें, और उसे वहां सुरक्षित रूप से तब तक रखें जब तक आपको इस न्यायालय का आगे का वारंट या आदेश प्राप्त न हो।

This is to authorise and require you to receive the said......................(prisoner's name) into your custody in the said Jail, together with this warrant, and him there safely to keep until you shall receive the further warrant or order of this Court.
