धारा 37 — अपराध के आरोप का उत्तर देने हेतु कारागार में निरुद्ध व्यक्ति को न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत करने का आदेश

आपको एतद्द्वारा अपेक्षित किया जाता है कि आप उक्त ............... को सुरक्षित और निश्चित संचालन के अधीन इस न्यायालय के समक्ष ............... तारीख को ............... बजे प्रस्तुत करें, ताकि वह इस न्यायालय के समक्ष लंबित ............... आरोप का उत्तर दे सके, और, इस न्यायालय द्वारा उसकी आगे की हाजिरी से अभिमुक्ति दिए जाने के पश्चात्, उसे सुरक्षित और निश्चित संचालन के अधीन वापस उक्त कारागार को ले जाया जाए।

आप उक्त ............... को इस आदेश की विषय-वस्तु से सूचित करेंगे और उसे इसकी संलग्न प्रति देंगे।
