धारा 36 — प्रतिकर का भुगतान न करने पर कारावास का वारंट

चूंकि परिवाद खारिज किए जाने पर परिवादी ............... (नाम) के विरुद्ध प्रतिकर का अधिनिर्णय किया गया था, जो अभुगत रहा है;

आपको एतद्द्वारा प्राधिकृत और अपेक्षित किया जाता है कि आप उक्त ............... (नाम) को अपनी अभिरक्षा में प्राप्त करें, और, भारतीय न्याय संहिता, 2023 की धारा 8 की उपधारा (6) के खंड (ख) के अधीन रहते हुए, उसे ............... अवधि के लिए उक्त कारागार में सुरक्षित रूप से रखें; और, भुगतान होने पर, आप उसे तुरंत मुक्त करेंगे।
