398. प्रत्येक राज्य सरकार साक्षियों के संरक्षण को सुनिश्चित करने की दृष्टि से राज्य के लिए एक साक्षी संरक्षण स्कीम तैयार और अधिसूचित करेगी।
Section 398 — Witness protection scheme (English)
398. Every State Government shall prepare and notify a Witness Protection Scheme for the State with a view to ensure protection of the witnesses.
