धारा 526 — प्रैक्टिस करने वाला अधिवक्ता कतिपय न्यायालयों में मजिस्ट्रेट के रूप में न बैठना

526. कोई भी अधिवक्ता, जो किसी मजिस्ट्रेट के न्यायालय में प्रैक्टिस करता है, उस न्यायालय में या उस न्यायालय की स्थानीय अधिकारिता के भीतर किसी न्यायालय में मजिस्ट्रेट के रूप में नहीं बैठेगा।

Section 526 — Practising advocate not to sit as Magistrate in certain Courts (English)

526. No advocate who practices in the Court of any Magistrate shall sit as a Magistrate in that Court or in any Court within the local jurisdiction of that Court.
