धारा 465 — वारंट कौन जारी कर सकता है
465. दंडादेश के निष्पादन के लिए प्रत्येक वारंट या तो उस न्यायाधीश या मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा जारी किया जा सकता है जिसने दंडादेश पारित किया, या उसके उत्तरवर्ती अधिकारी द्वारा।
Section 465 — Who may issue warrant (English)
465. Every warrant for the execution of a sentence may be issued either by the Judge or Magistrate who passed the sentence, or by his successor-in-office.
