धारा 164 — स्मृति ताजी करने हेतु प्रयुक्त लेख के बारे में प्रतिपक्षी का अधिकार

164. पूर्ववर्ती अन्तिम दो धाराओं के उपबन्धों के अधीन निर्दिष्ट किए गए किसी लेख को प्रस्तुत किया जाएगा और प्रतिपक्षी को दिखाया जाएगा, यदि वह उसकी अपेक्षा करे। ऐसा पक्षकार, यदि वह चाहे, उस साक्षी से उसके बारे में प्रतिपरीक्षा कर सकेगा।

Section 164 — Right of adverse party as to writing used to refresh memory (English)

164. Any writing referred to under the provisions of the two last preceding sections shall be produced and shown to the adverse party if he requires it; such party may, if he pleases, cross-examine the witness thereupon.
