धारा 47 — पुलिस थाने के भारसाधक अधिकारी या न्यायालय के समक्ष हाजिरी का बंधपत्र और जमानत बंधपत्र

अभियुक्त की घोषणा: मैं, ..............., निवासी ..............., बिना वारंट के गिरफ्तार या निरुद्ध किया गया होते हुए, एतद्द्वारा स्वयं को आबद्ध करता हूं कि मैं ............... पुलिस थाने के भारसाधक अधिकारी के, या ............... न्यायालय के समक्ष, प्रत्येक उस दिन हाजिर होऊंगा जिस दिन आरोप की कोई जांच की जाती है या ऐसे आरोप पर कोई विचारण होता है; और, व्यतिक्रम की दशा में, मैं ............... रुपए की राशि सरकार को समर्पित करने के लिए स्वयं को आबद्ध करता हूं।

प्रतिभू की घोषणा: मैं एतद्द्वारा स्वयं को (या हम संयुक्त और पृथक् रूप से स्वयं को) घोषित करता हूं (करते हैं) कि उक्त व्यक्ति उपर्युक्त प्रकार से हाजिर होगा; और, उसके व्यतिक्रम की दशा में, मैं (हम) ............... रुपए की राशि सरकार को समर्पित करने के लिए स्वयं को (स्वयं को) आबद्ध करता हूं (करते हैं)।

Section 47 — Bond and Bail-Bond for Attendance before Officer in Charge of Police Station or Court (English)

Accused's declaration: I,..............(name), of................(place), having been arrested or detained without warrant, do hereby bind myself to attend the Officer in charge of....................police station or the Court of................on every day on which any investigation into the charge is made or any trial on such charge is held; and, in case of default, I bind myself to forfeit to Government the sum of rupees...............

Surety declaration: I hereby declare myself (or we jointly and severally declare ourselves) that the above-named person shall so attend; and, in case of his default, I (we) bind myself (ourselves) to forfeit to Government the sum of rupees...............
