धारा 5 — अभियुक्त व्यक्ति की हाजिरी अपेक्षित करने वाली उद्घोषणा

चूंकि मेरे समक्ष यह परिवाद किया गया है कि ............... (नाम, वर्णन और पता) ने भारतीय न्याय संहिता, 2023 की धारा ............... के अधीन दंडनीय ............... अपराध किया है (या किए जाने का संदेह है), और यह रिपोर्ट प्राप्त हुई है कि उक्त व्यक्ति का पता नहीं लगाया जा सका है और वह फरार हो गया है (या उक्त वारंट की तामील से बचने के लिए स्वयं को छिपा रहा है);

अतएव यह उद्घोषणा की जाती है कि उक्त ............... को इस न्यायालय के समक्ष (या मेरे समक्ष) उक्त परिवाद का उत्तर देने के लिए ............... तारीख को ............... स्थान पर हाजिर होना अपेक्षित है।
