भाग 1 - वैयक्तिक बंधपत्र: मैं, ..............., एतद्द्वारा स्वयं को आबद्ध करता हूं कि मैं उक्त आरोप का उत्तर देने के लिए ............... न्यायालय में ............... तारीख को हाजिर होऊंगा, और तब तक इस प्रकार हाजिर होता रहूंगा जब तक न्यायालय द्वारा अन्यथा निदेशित न किया जाए; और, व्यतिक्रम की दशा में, मैं ............... रुपए की राशि सरकार को समर्पित करने के लिए स्वयं को आबद्ध करता हूं।
