धारा 495 — धारा 491 के अधीन आदेशों से अपील

495. धारा 491 के अधीन पारित सब आदेश अपीलनीय होंगे। जहां किसी मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा ऐसा आदेश दिया गया है, वहां अपील सेशन न्यायाधीश को की जाएगी। जहां आदेश सेशन न्यायालय द्वारा किया गया है, वहां अपील उस न्यायालय को होगी जिसमें ऐसे न्यायालय द्वारा किए गए आदेश से अपील होती है।

Section 495 — Appeal from orders under section 491 (English)

495. All orders passed under section 491 shall be appealable. Where a Magistrate has passed such an order, appeal shall lie to the Sessions Judge. Where the order has been made by a Court of Session, the appeal shall lie to the Court to which an appeal lies from an order made by such Court.
