धारा 494 — बालक से अपेक्षित बंधपत्र
494. जब किसी न्यायालय या अधिकारी द्वारा बंधपत्र निष्पादित करने की अपेक्षा किया गया व्यक्ति बालक है, तब ऐसा न्यायालय या अधिकारी, उसके बजाय, केवल किसी प्रतिभू या प्रतिभुओं द्वारा निष्पादित बंधपत्र स्वीकार कर सकता है।
Section 494 — Bond required from child (English)
494. When the person required by any Court, or officer to execute a bond is a child, such Court or officer may accept, in lieu thereof, a bond executed by a surety or sureties only.
