धारा 324 — कार्यवाही का स्थगन
324. प्रत्येक ऐसे मामले में जिसमें धारा 319 के अधीन कोई कमीशन जारी किया जाता है, जांच, विचारण या अन्य कार्यवाही, कमीशन के निष्पादन और वापसी के लिए युक्तियुक्त रूप से पर्याप्त किसी विनिर्दिष्ट समय के लिए, स्थगित की जा सकती है।
Section 324 — Adjournment of proceeding (English)
324. In every case in which a commission is issued under section 319, the inquiry, trial or other proceeding may be adjourned for a specified time reasonably sufficient for the execution and return of the commission.
