धारा 264 — दोषी होने के अभिवचन पर दोषसिद्धि
264. यदि अभियुक्त दोषी होना अभिवाक् करता है, तो मजिस्ट्रेट अभिवचन अभिलिखित करेगा और अपने विवेकानुसार उस पर उसे दोषसिद्ध कर सकता है।
Section 264 — Conviction on plea of guilty (English)
264. If the accused pleads guilty, the Magistrate shall record the plea and may, in his discretion, convict him thereon.
