धारा 261 — धारा 230 का अनुपालन
261. जब, पुलिस रिपोर्ट पर संस्थित किसी वारंट-मामले में, अभियुक्त विचारण के प्रारंभ में मजिस्ट्रेट के समक्ष उपस्थित होता है या लाया जाता है, तब मजिस्ट्रेट अपना समाधान करेगा कि उसने धारा 230 के उपबंधों का अनुपालन किया है।
Section 261 — Compliance with section 230 (English)
261. When, in any warrant-case instituted on a police report, the accused appears or is brought before a Magistrate at the commencement of the trial, the Magistrate shall satisfy himself that he has complied with the provisions of section 230.
