धारा 252 — दोषी होने के अभिवचन पर दोषसिद्धि
252. यदि अभियुक्त दोषी होना अभिवाक् करता है, तो न्यायाधीश अभिवचन अभिलिखित करेगा और अपने विवेकानुसार उस पर उसे दोषसिद्ध कर सकता है।
Section 252 — Conviction on plea of guilty (English)
252. If the accused pleads guilty, the Judge shall record the plea and may, in his discretion, convict him thereon.
