धारा 248 — विचारण का संचालन लोक अभियोजक द्वारा किया जाना

248. सेशन न्यायालय के समक्ष प्रत्येक विचारण में, अभियोजन का संचालन लोक अभियोजक द्वारा किया जाएगा।

Section 248 — Trial to be conducted by Public Prosecutor (English)

248. In every trial before a Court of Session, the prosecution shall be conducted by a Public Prosecutor.
