धारा 46 — अनावश्यक अवरोध न किया जाना
46. गिरफ्तार किए गए व्यक्ति को उससे अधिक अवरुद्ध न किया जाएगा जितना उसको निकल भागने से रोकने के लिए आवश्यक है।
Section 46 — No unnecessary restraint (English)
46. The person arrested shall not be subjected to more restraint than is necessary to prevent his escape.
