धारा 45 — अपराधियों का अन्य अधिकारिताओं में पीछा करना

45. पुलिस अधिकारी ऐसे किसी व्यक्ति को जिसे गिरफ्तार करने के लिए वह प्राधिकृत है, वारंट के बिना गिरफ्तार करने के प्रयोजन से भारत के किसी स्थान में उस व्यक्ति का पीछा कर सकता है।

Section 45 — Pursuit of offenders into other jurisdictions (English)

45. A police officer may, for the purpose of arresting without warrant any person whom he is authorised to arrest, pursue such person into any place in India.
