312. घातक हथियार से सुसज्जित होकर लूट या डकैती का प्रयत्न (Attempt to commit robbery or dacoity when armed with deadly weapon)

यदि, लूट या डकैती कारित करने का प्रयत्न करते समय, अपराधी किसी घातक हथियार से सुसज्जित हो, तो ऐसे अपराधी को जिस कारावास से दंडित किया जाएगा, वह सात वर्ष से कम नहीं होगा।

If, at the time of attempting to commit robbery or dacoity, the offender is armed with any deadly weapon, the imprisonment with which such offender shall be punished shall not be less than seven years.
