यह प्रथम अनुसूची का भाग II है, जो भारतीय न्याय संहिता के अतिरिक्त अन्य विधियों (Other Laws) के अंतर्गत अपराधों के वर्गीकरण हेतु सामान्य नियम प्रस्तुत करता है (देखें बीएनएसएस धारा 4)।
