धारा 49-98 — बीएनएस धारा 49-98 के अंतर्गत अपराधों का वर्गीकरण (दुष्प्रेरण/षड्यंत्र संबंधी सामान्य उपबंध, तथा स्त्री एवं बालक के विरुद्ध अपराध)
यह तालिका भारतीय न्याय संहिता, 2023 के अंतर्गत अपराधों को भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 की प्रथम अनुसूची (देखें धारा 4 तथा अनुसूची स्वयं) में की गई वर्गीकरण के अनुसार सूचीबद्ध करती है। पंक्तियाँ बीएनएस धारा-क्रमांक के अनुसार समूहित हैं।
