धारा 124 — इस अध्याय का प्रयोग

124. केंद्रीय सरकार, राजपत्र में अधिसूचना द्वारा, यह निदेश दे सकती है कि किसी संविदाकारी राज्य के संबंध में, जिसके साथ व्यतिकारी प्रबंध किए गए हैं, इस अध्याय का प्रयोग ऐसी शर्तों, अपवादों या अर्हताओं के अधीन होगा, जो उक्त अधिसूचना में विनिर्दिष्ट की जाएं।

Section 124 — Application of this Chapter (English)

124. The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that the application of this Chapter in relation to a contracting State with which reciprocal arrangements have been made, shall be subject to such conditions, exceptions or qualifications as are specified in the said notification.
