133. घोर प्रकोपन के अतिरिक्त अन्यथा किसी व्यक्ति का अनादर करने के आशय से हमला या आपराधिक बल (Assault or criminal force with intent to dishonour person, otherwise than on grave provocation)

जो कोई किसी व्यक्ति के प्रति, उस व्यक्ति का अनादर करने के आशय से, उस व्यक्ति द्वारा दिए गए घोर और आकस्मिक प्रकोपन के अतिरिक्त अन्यथा, हमला करता है या आपराधिक बल का प्रयोग करता है, वह ऐसे किसी भी भाँति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि दो वर्ष तक हो सकेगी, या जुर्माने से, या दोनों से, दंडित किया जाएगा।

Whoever assaults or uses criminal force to any person, intending thereby to dishonour that person, otherwise than on grave and sudden provocation given by that person, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
