धारा 28 — भूमि या जल पर कोई कार्य करने को प्रतिषिद्ध करने वाला मजिस्ट्रेट का आदेश

मैं एतद्द्वारा आदेश देता हूं कि दावेदार उक्त भूमि (या जल) का कब्जा तब तक न लें (या न बनाए रखें), पूर्वोक्त उपयोग के अधिकार के उपभोग को अपवर्जित करते हुए, जब तक वह (या वे) उसके प्रति अपने अधिकार का अवधारण करने वाली सक्षम न्यायालय की डिक्री या आदेश अभिप्राप्त न कर लें।

Section 28 — Magistrate's Order Prohibiting The Doing of anything on Land or Water (English)

A dispute having arisen concerning the right of use of.....................(state concisely the subject of dispute);

I do hereby order that the claimants shall not take (or retain) possession of the said land (or water) to the exclusion of the enjoyment of the right of use aforesaid, until he (or they) shall obtain the decree or order of a competent Court determining his (or their) right thereto.
