धारा 20 — कुर्की और विक्रय द्वारा भरणपोषण के भुगतान को प्रवर्तित कराने का वारंट

चूंकि ............... (नाम) को प्रतिमास ............... रुपए भरणपोषण के रूप में भुगतान करने का आदेश दिया गया था, और वह जानबूझकर ............... रुपए भुगतान करने में असफल रहा है;

आपको एतद्द्वारा प्राधिकृत और अपेक्षित किया जाता है कि आप ............... जिले के भीतर पाई जाने वाली उक्त ............... (नाम) की जंगम संपत्ति को कुर्क करें, और, यदि देय राशि विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि के भीतर भुगतान नहीं की जाती है, तो कुर्क की गई जंगम संपत्ति का, या उसके इतने भाग का, जो देय राशि की पूर्ति के लिए पर्याप्त हो, विक्रय करें।

आप इस वारंट को, उसके निष्पादन की रीति प्रमाणित करने वाले पृष्ठांकन सहित, वापस करेंगे।

Section 20 — Warrant to Enforce The Payment of Maintenance by Attachment and Sale (English)

WHEREAS...................(name) was ordered to pay rupees.................per month as maintenance, and he has wilfully failed to pay rupees................;

This is to authorise and require you to attach any movable property belonging to the said....................(name) which may be found within the District of................, and, if the amount due is not paid within the specified period, to sell the movable property attached, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to satisfy the amount due.

You shall return this warrant with an endorsement certifying the manner of its execution.
