आपको एतद्द्वारा प्राधिकृत और अपेक्षित किया जाता है कि आप उक्त ............... (नाम) को अपनी अभिरक्षा में प्राप्त करें, और उसे उक्त ............... अवधि के लिए उक्त कारागार में सुरक्षित रूप से रखें, जब तक इस बीच उसे विधिपूर्वक छोड़े जाने का आदेश न दिया जाए।

आप इस वारंट को, उसके निष्पादन की रीति प्रमाणित करने वाले पृष्ठांकन सहित, वापस करेंगे।

This is to authorise and require you to receive the said....................(name) into your custody, and him safely to keep in the said Jail for the said period of....................(term of imprisonment) unless he shall in the meantime be lawfully ordered to be released.

You shall return this warrant with an endorsement certifying the manner of its execution.
