धारा 11 — विशिष्ट अपराध की सूचना पर तलाशी वारंट

आपको एतद्द्वारा प्राधिकृत और अपेक्षित किया जाता है कि आप ............... (जिस वस्तु की तलाशी लेनी है) की, ............... (उस गृह या स्थान या उसके भाग का वर्णन करें जिस तक तलाशी सीमित रहेगी) में, तलाशी लें, और यदि वह मिले, तो उसे तुरंत इस न्यायालय के समक्ष पेश करें।

आप इस वारंट को, इसके अधीन की गई कार्रवाई के प्रमाणीकरण सहित पृष्ठांकन के साथ, वापस करेंगे।
