धारा 512 — दोष या भूल से कुर्की अविधिपूर्ण न होना

512. इस संहिता के अधीन की गई कोई कुर्की समन, दोषसिद्धि, कुर्की-रिट या उससे संबंधित अन्य कार्यवाहियों में किसी दोष या प्ररूप के अभाव के कारण अविधिपूर्ण नहीं समझी जाएगी, और न ही उसे करने वाला कोई व्यक्ति अतिचारी समझा जाएगा। यह धारा अध्याय 37 "अनियमित कार्यवाहियां" को पूर्ण करती है।

Section 512 — Defect or error not to make attachment unlawful (English)

512. No attachment made under this Sanhita shall be deemed unlawful, nor shall any person making the same be deemed a trespasser, on account of any defect or want of form in the summons, conviction, writ of attachment or other proceedings relating thereto.
