धारा 56 — गिरफ्तार व्यक्ति का स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा
56. अभियुक्त को अभिरक्षा में रखने वाले व्यक्ति का यह कर्तव्य होगा कि वह अभियुक्त के स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा की उचित देखभाल करे।
Section 56 — Health and safety of arrested person (English)
56. It shall be the duty of the person having the custody of an accused to take reasonable care of the health and safety of the accused.
