धारा 411 — राय में मतभेद होने की दशा में प्रक्रिया
411. जहां ऐसा कोई मामला न्यायाधीशों की एक खंडपीठ के समक्ष सुना जाता है और ऐसे न्यायाधीशों की राय समान रूप से विभाजित है, वहां मामला धारा 433 में उपबंधित रीति से विनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
Section 411 — Procedure in case of difference of opinion (English)
411. Where any such case is heard before a Bench of Judges and such Judges are equally divided in opinion, the case shall be decided in the manner provided by section 433.
