धारा 77 — वारंट के सार की सूचना दिया जाना

77. पुलिस अधिकारी या अन्य व्यक्ति, जो गिरफ्तारी के वारंट का निष्पादन कर रहा है, उस व्यक्ति को, जिसे गिरफ्तार करना है, उसका सार सूचित करेगा और यदि ऐसी अपेक्षा की जाती है तो वारंट उस व्यक्ति को दिखा देगा।

Section 77 — Notification of substance of warrant (English)

77. The police officer or other person executing a warrant of arrest shall notify the substance thereof to the person to be arrested, and, if so required, shall show him the warrant.
