100. भारतीय उत्तराधिकार अधिनियम के विल संबंधी उपबंधों की व्यावृत्ति -- इस अध्याय की कोई भी बात विल का अर्थ लगाने के बारे में भारतीय उत्तराधिकार अधिनियम (1865 का 10) के किन्हीं भी उपबंधों पर प्रभाव डालने वाली नहीं समझी जाएगी।

100. Saving of provisions of Indian Succession Act relating to Wills -- Nothing in this Chapter contained shall be taken to affect any of the provisions of the Indian Succession Act (10 of 1865) as to the construction of Wills.
